BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – Police here nabbed four beneficiaries of the government’s 4Ps cash subsidy program who were caught playing Filipino poker in the sub-village of Maabi-abihun in the coastal village of Punta Taytay.

Police identified the suspects as Evelyn Mirasol, Ruth Gelo-Agan, Joel Mendoza, and Ronnie Deyred who were caught 4:30pm today, 23 April.

The police blotter identified those arrested as beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or cash subsidies for education and health.
