Police Brigadier General Michael John Dubria, chief of the PNP’s Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA), today underscored the need for civilian security personnel to be more responsible in carrying out their mandate.

Gen. Dubria echoed this call when he spoke at the Vallacar Transit, Inc. training-seminar for its security personnel at the Ceres Corporate Headquarters in Barangay Mansilingan.

The trainings and seminar program were conducted to raise the bar of excellence of AGNSA security guards primarily in harnessing their skills in the delivery of their services to VTI.

Colonel Dacpano is the current chief of the Regional Civil Security Unit-6 based in Iloilo City.

Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC) President and Chief Executive Officer Leo Rey Yanson lauded AGNSA’s efforts to send their personnel to the training program as he thanked the PNP SOSIA’s continued commitment to further improve the services of civil security firms under it.
