Capitol confirms Patients 3 and 4 in Negros Occidental

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental, Philippines – The province has two additional confirmed COVID19 cases, a senior Capitol official has confirmed to DNX.

Patients 3 and 4 were among the repatriated overseas workers from Cebu City who arrived here on a sweeper flight 14 April, lawyer Rayfrando Diaz, provincial administrator, said.

Both are asymptomatic and have now been isolated in a quarantine facility of the province in EB Magalona town.

Provincial Health Officer Ernell Tumimbang, on the other hand, said one patient is from Silay City and the other from Candoni town.

Both have had no contact with immediate family members since their arrival.
